Amanda Gilligan: My name is Amanda Gilligan and I live in Sydney. I am a teacher of little ones by trade but spend my happiest times with a camera in hand. I’m really inspired by the work of Wendy Ewald who has photographed disadvantaged kids and used their own photography to inspire writing. I’ve used her methods with my own students and hope to do more with it in the future. I’m currently working with a new travel website, Planet Eye, shooting travel photographs around my city.
