Serenity by Cher’ley Grogg

The warm sun on a cool morning,
The touch of a loved one.
Solitude and quietness,
Being loved,
Having enough to eat,
A cool breeze on a hot day,
A peaceful night’s sleep,
Rest after a hard day’s work
A stroll through the woods.

Cher’ley Grogg loves to write and is working on two novels and has done many short stories and poems. She has been published in the Long Ridge Writer’s Anthology, All Things Girl (a couple of times), a couple of online sites, 34th Parallel and Crime and Suspense.
