watch red kite play hide and seek,
in the blue white sky.
Frothing water bounces
over boulders, under bridge,
dancing on its journey.
Stand before the proud stepped dam.
One side of sloping
pyramid.
Built surely by magicians.
Enjoy its magnificence
in the heating sun.
At the height of Claerwen
stand level with the ruffled lake.
Frothing waters far below.
The clean breeze whips the mind awake.
Invigorates – energizes.
Re starts the day.
