Waterfall by Nancy Lee Shrader
Waterfall over mossy rocks
Washing everything clean
Listening to its soulful song
From my shady seat on grassy green
Rippling down through its maze
It seems to sing in rhyme
Cool and fresh in the breeze
Moving swiftly lost in time
Whispering in muffled sound
Within my mind it speaks to me
I feel the grace of God in sound
In glorious harmony
Silently, I listen with my heart
I close my eyes in soulful prayer
I hear the still small voice
And know my Savior’s there
Waterfall over mossy rocks
From my seat on grassy green
I feel my Savior’s, loving hand
Washing my heart pure and clean
