Sabotage by Shelley Wiseberg
Suffering and sacrificing goals and dreams
Pain felt and used on the road to freedom
Negative mentality holding back future plans
Of inner contentment
Past life experiences relived in present times
Of unfinished business
False beliefs holding back progress in evolution
Stagnating desire putting out the fire
Of determination and want
Stifled in silent screams and muted sorrows
Confused emotions chained in standstill
Of personal growth
Moving at your own pace of spiritual enlightenment
Keeping minds alert in perception and valid truths
Unblocking the darkness of one’s own betrayal of dishonesty
It affects the mind, body and spirit
With big doses of reality setting in to waken up the senses
Of unanswered questions
The burdens of beaten down thoughts passed on
From generation to generation calling us to take a good look
Into the hidden corners of self sabotage
